FAQ

Q: What are Lightroom presets?

A: Our presets are made specifically for Adobe's photo editing application, Lightroom CC. Presets are filters that will give your photo a new look quick and easy, in one click. The BASIC Preset Pack is available for desktop and mobile.

Q: Does the Lightroom CC work for both Apple and Android?

A: Yes!

Q: How do I install the presets?

A: The presets will be ready to download as soon your payment is completed. Along with the presets you will also get a PDF document and a video providing you with a step-by-step guide on how to install and use the presets.

The zip folder contains presets in the form of DNG. You can get access to the files on computer by downloading them to Google Drive and opening them up on phone on the Drive app. You can also open the zip folder on phone by downloading the "iZip" app and opening the zip folder there. You must then choose the DNG preset files and open them on Lightroom.

If you need help or have any questions about installing, you can always contact us at info@nonsenseshop.com and we’ll make sure to help you!

Q: When I purchase the preset pack, will I have access to it forever or do I have to pay for a license every year?

A: After you have purchased the preset pack you will receive an email with a download link. From then on you will have access to it forever. No license or extra payments.

Note! We would recommend you to transfer the presets to an external hard drive. Then you will have a copy of your presets, in case something unfortunate happens to your computer, if you get a new one or accidentally overwrite the presets. Also, if you get a new phone you can always download the presets to your new device via the dowload link that has been sent to you.

Q: Does the presets work for RAW photos?

A: We don't recommend our presets to be used on other than JPEG photos or photos taken with a phone.

Q: Can I adjust the strength of the preset as in VSCO or other similar photo editing app?

A: The strenght of the preset cannot be adjusted, but you can individually adjust each setting on the preset. For instance, if you feel like changing one shade darker or lighter, you can easily adjust it to fit your preference.
